Wheat morphological traits had no consistent impact on Sitodiplosis mosellana oviposition. Differences in the number of eggs among doubled haploid wheat lines were not associated with the presence (A+) or absence (A−) of awns, or the presence (H+) or absence (H−) of hairs in controlled laboratory experiments and field trials.

Adhesive cards for monitoring flying insects in a neonatal intensive care unit in a hospital in the Triângulo Mineiro – Minas Gerais – Brazil [PDF]
Using adhesive colored cards, 1,016 flying insects were captured in a neonatal intensive care unit of a hospital. Homoptera were the most common (84.7%), and attraction based on card color was demonstrated.
