A multivalent DNA nanostructure‐enabled lateral flow assay was developed for rapid, ultrasensitive detection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) nucleocapsid protein. Designer net‐shaped DNA nanostructures (DNA‐Net) presenting PEDV‐specific aptamers achieved ~1000‐fold enhanced binding, enabling detection of viral copies with Ct ≤ 37.42 within 10

Microfluidic coaxial extrusion generates size‐controlled 3D lymphatic tubes from primary human dermal lymphatic endothelial cells in a defined four‐component matrix. These engineered vessels self‐organize into stable lymphatic endothelium, maintain selective macromolecular permeability for 30 days, and enable direct comparison with blood endothelial ...

Galileo Single Point Positioning Assessment Including FOC Satellites in Eccentric Orbits
On August 2016, the Milena (E14) and Doresa (E18) satellites started to broadcast ephemeris in navigation message for testing purposes. As the Galileo constellation is not yet complete. It is very important to have two more satellites available since the

Rapid Fabrication of Self‐Propelled and Steerable Magnetic Microcatheters for Precision Medicine
A rapid Joule heating fabrication method for the production of self‐propelling, adaptive microcatheters, with tunable stiffness and integrated microfluidic channels is presented. Demonstrated through three microrobotic designs, including a steerable guiding catheter, an untethered wave‐crawling TubeBot, and a distal‐end propelled microcatheter, it was ...

LEO Space-Based System for Aircraft Surveillance: A Study on Coverage and Dilution of Precision
This paper presents the design of a Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite-based system for aircraft traffic surveillance. Aircraft positioning with LEO satellites aims to offer an independent solution for Air Traffic Management (ATM) that does not rely on ...

Improved Ionospheric Correction for Dual Frequency and Differential GPS Positioning Methods [PDF]
A new three dimensional (3-D) electron density model has been developed that can give a very accurate description of the real ionospheric variation; latitudinally, longitudinally and altitudinally.

Mechanically Programmable DNA Hydrogel Microparticles for 3D Cellular Systems
DNA hydrogel microparticles are designed to exhibit controllable viscoelasticity and stiffness across three orders of magnitude from 30Pa$30 \,\mathrm{Pa}$ to 6.5kPa$6.5 \,\mathrm{kPa}$. They are uptaken into fibroblast spheroids where they are actively remodeled by cellular forces depending on their mechanical properties.

COFs on MOFs: Layer‐by‐Layer Synthesis of MOF@COF Nanoparticles with Synergistic Adsorption
A layer‐by‐layer strategy enables the growth of crystalline covalent organic framework (COF) shells on metal–organic framework nanoparticles, creating core–shell structures with tunable porosity. Ordered interstitial mesopores are formed during shell growth, which are connected with the COF's intrinsic micropores, thereby enhancing water sorption. This
