Optically pumped magnetometers are employed to contactlessly map the spatiotemporal dynamics of the magnetic field linked to electrical activity of a skeletal muscle in vivo. It is demonstrated that localization of the clinically relevant innervation zone is feasible using this non‐invasive magnetic measurement modality. ABSTRACT Magnetomyography (MMG)

Effect of Field of View and Resolution in Detection of Horizontal Root Fractures in CBCT images: An In Vitro Study [PDF]
Introduction: New cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) devices are capable of imaging with different resolutions and field of views (FOVs), in which higher resolutions and FOVs impose a higher dose to the patient. This study was an attempt to investigate

Angled Nozzle Aerosol Jet Printing to Streamline Conformal Patterning of Electronics
A modular, angled aerosol jet printhead is demonstrated to streamline patterning on nonplanar surfaces, including 90° step edges and confined internal geometries. A detailed analysis of gravitational settling for a sheathed aerosol flow and deconvolution of oblique deposition and gravitational effects supports the versatility of this approach for ...

Reflections on the management of horizontal/transverse root fractures with long-term follow-up
Historically, teeth that suffered a horizontal or transverse root fracture were often extracted. However, even 150 years ago, there were those who recognized the value of healing and tooth retention.

Nanoimprint lithography can replicate complex 3D microstructures with undercuts using single‐layer polymer stamps of different elasticities. By combining experiments and simulations, T‐shaped geometries and suitable undercut radii were identified that minimize stress and defects during demolding.

Permanent magnet putty (PMP) integrates high‐coercivity NdFeB particles with a dynamic polyborosiloxane–Ecoflex matrix, achieving rapid self‐healing (90% mechanical recovery in 10 s) and magnetic recovery within 20 min. With twice the sensitivity of commercial putties, PMP enables precise 5–30 N force detection and discrimination between pressing and ...
