This work dissects the ultrafast response of polydisperse plasmonic nanorods using two‐dimensional electronic spectroscopy, uniquely combining temporal and spectral resolution. Our ultrabroadband pulses cover both transverse and longitudinal nanorods’ resonances, revealing sub‐200‐fs dynamics and distinct broadening mechanisms.

We designed a synthetic DNA origami needle‐like structure inspired by bacteriophages for targeted drug delivery. Functionalized with trastuzumab antibodies, cholesterol, and dyes, it selectively targets SKBR3 cancer cells. A glutathione‐triggered dye payload enables controlled release, and delivery is verified using confocal microscopy and live cell ...

Heat transfer analysis of Oldroyd–B nanofluid flow over a horizontal plate
Non–Newtonian fluids have grown in popularity across a wide range of engineering disciplines. Generalized Oldroyd–B fluids are a type of non–Newtonian fluid that may mimic the behavior of many dilute polymeric liquids. On the other hand, heat transmission is important because it has industrial applications.

It has been demonstrated that, in the bone extracellular matrix (ECM), integrins and growth factor receptors (GFRs) engage in synergistic signaling to guide bone healing and regeneration. This review provides a comprehensive overview of current strategies using ECM‐derived peptides to recreate the cellular microenvironment and harness synergistic ...

Law, language and science : work in progress [PDF]
This paper is aimed to re-elaborate questions and discuss them rather than presenting answers. It starts with the dialog concerning specific contributions of philosophy of language to Law, followed by the re-elaboration of some yet unanswered problems ...

A multi‐technique pump‐probe setup capable of performing both transient reflectivity and time‐resolved Raman spectroscopy after ultrafast excitation, provides a comprehensive understanding of ultrafast electronic and phononic processes. Distinct decay rates for the temperature, frequency, and linewidth of the phonon mode in germanium are observed ...

Health Programme Evaluation by Propensity Score Matching: Accounting for Treatment Intensity and Health Externalities with an Application to Brazil [PDF]
Most of the literature on health programme evaluation has estimated average programme impacts relying on either: (i) data on the presence or absence of an intervention in a particular locality, or (ii) data on individual participation in the health ...
