Generalized fragmentation patterns stand to unlock the utility of tandem‐mass spectrometry for chemical reaction analysis but are bottlenecked by time consuming method development. Here were show how we can analyze most electrophilic small molecules the same way by their conjugation with a simple MS/MS encoded chemical probe.
