[[abstract]]目的　旨在探討總額支付制度下醫院推行品質報告卡的意願、能力與可行方案。 方法　以台灣地區453家地區級（含）以上醫院為研究對象，以結構式問卷收集研究所需的資料，回收有效問卷為151份，回收率為33.3%。 結果　現階段只有31.8%的醫院有意願推行品質報告卡，最主要的影響因素為他院非確實陳報資料可能造成比較上的不公平；多數的醫院有能力公佈品質指標，但只願意公佈正面的品質指標，而較不願意公佈負面的品質指標；推行意願與醫院評鑑等級，在統計上呈顯著正相關。 結論 ...
