Radiomics‐Based CT Prediction of KRAS/NRAS/BRAF Mutation Status in Colorectal Cancer: A Multicenter Study

We developed a CT radiomics‐based model to predict KRAS/NRAS/BRAF mutations in colorectal cancer. A multicenter retrospective study integrated LASSO‐selected features and clinical data to build a combined model. CT radiomics can aid gene status prediction, supporting personalized treatment.
