Hot Deformation Behavior of AA-FGH720Li Superalloy
Materials Science Forum, 2017The hot deformation behavior of FGH720Li superalloy was investigated by hot compressive tests on Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation test machine in different temperatures and strain rates. The true stress-strain curves were obtained, and based on the deformation data, the constitutive equation of FGH720Li superalloy was built.

Hot Deformation Behavior of 316LN Stainless Steel
Advanced Materials Research, 2010Hot-compression experiments of 316LN stainless steel have been conducted on a Gleeble-1500D thermal-mechanical simulator. We have analyzed the flow stress-strain curve and acquired the constitutive equation of 316LN steel by calculating stress exponent, activation energy and Zemer-Hollomon parameter.

Hot Deformation Behavior of F6NM Stainless Steel
Journal of Iron and Steel Research International, 2014The hot deformation behavior of F6NM stainless steel was investigated by hot compression test in a Gleeble-1500D thermal-mechanical simulator. The flow strain-stress curves were obtained and the corresponding metallographic observation of this steel under different deformation conditions was also carried out.

Hot deformation behavior of a spray formed superalloy
Journal of Materials Processing Technology, 2008The hot deformation behavior of a nickel-based superalloy processed by spray forming and hot isostastic pressing has been studied by compression tests. It is found that the alloy exhibits an excellent hot-workability compared to its conventionally cast counterpart.

Deformation behavior of Waspaloy at hot-working temperatures
Scripta Materialia, 2004Abstract Isothermal, hot-compression tests were conducted on single crystals of a typical nickel-base superalloy, Waspaloy, to establish the slip systems that operate during hot working. Slip-trace analysis and flow-curve measurements revealed that deformation occurred via classical octahedral ({1 1 1}〈1 1 0〉) slip.

Hot Deformation Behavior of Four Steels: A Comparative Study
Journal of Engineering Materials and Technology, 2018The hot deformation behavior of four different steels in the as-cast condition was investigated by means of hot compression tests conducted at temperatures ranging from 1100 °C up to 1200 °C, and at strain rates in between 0.12 and 2.4 s−1. The primary focus of this work was to check the possibility to increase the strain rate during the rough ...
