“Menopausal, Depleted, and Nostalgic”: The Bittersweet Effects of Menopause for Women Leaders
ABSTRACT Menopause is a natural but underexamined female experience in work settings, with significant implications for women in leadership positions. Drawing on self‐regulation perspectives, we develop a conceptual model examining how menopausal symptom severity shapes women leaders' experiences at work.

Compound dry‐hot events (CDHEs) exerted severer damage on vegetation productivity for temperate shrublands, savannas and grasslands in drylands. Land‐atmosphere coupling was associated with severer negative impacts of CDHEs through soil moisture–temperature feedback, especially for dry‐event‐leading CDHEs.

Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Synoptic Patterns of Dry‐Hot Winds (Sukhoviys) in Ukraine
This study analyses dry‐hot winds, or sukhoviys, a recurrent phenomenon during the warm season across Ukraine that contributes to rapid moisture loss from soil and vegetation. The activity of sukhoviy events was assessed using the introduced Sukhoviy Station Index, accounting for their meteorological characteristics and frequency of occurrence.

Intercomparison of a Regional Climate Model Ensemble for Selected European Catchments
This study analyzes a regional climate model ensemble for water cycle and water resource research with two models. Results show that ICON generally outperforms TSMP1 simulations, mainly with 2‐m temperature and precipitation. These findings serve as a baseline evaluation that shows how key structural differences influence the model skill.

From Rare to Recurrent: Intensifying Hot–Dry Extremes Across Romania
Romania has undergone a marked shift toward more frequent and spatially extensive compound hot–dry months since the 1990s, with persistent hotspots in the eastern Moldavian Plateau and the lower Danube–Bărăgan–Black Sea lowlands and comparatively buffered conditions at higher elevations.
