Comparison of gabapentin with estrogen for treatment of hot flashes in post-menopausal women
Objective: Various non-hormonal agents have been used for the treatment of hot flashes in women with menopause. Some studies have reported that gabapentin appears to be an effective and well-tolerated treatment modality.

Non‐Equilibrium Synthesis of Whitlockite Assisted by Localized H2O Vapor Pressure
A carbon substrate acts as a microheater during intense pulsed light irradiation, enabling rapid heating and cooling for whitlockite formation. In contrast to conventional white ceramic synthesis with weak photothermal response, this platform concentrates thermal energy locally and promotes phase‐selective crystallization under ultrafast ...

Matrix Stiffness Induces Endothelial Network Senescence
Using a 3D human in vitro model that decouples mechanical stress from inflammatory or biochemical signals, matrix stiffening induces a senescence phenotype in endothelial networks. This mechano‐induced senescence activates Notch signaling, and pharmacologic Notch inhibition attenuates this stiffness‐induced senescence.

Radioresistance arises partly from tumor cells evading cuproptosis via unknown defenses. This study reveals that the PRMT5‐VPS34 axis acts as a radiation‐activated anticuproptotic mechanism: PRMT5 methylates VPS34 at Arg174, recruiting USP10 to remove K48‐linked ubiquitination and prevent degradation.

Efficient Adsorption‐Based Direct Air Capture Via Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Architectures
Architected triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) contactors reshape direct air capture by replacing straight‐channel diffusion limits with convection‐enhanced CO2 transport. Chaotic advection thins boundary layers and exposes fast adsorption sites, enabling 70%–75% more fast sites, 114% higher productivity, and 51.8% lower energy consumption than ...

Relaxor Ferroelectricity Enables Enhanced Thermoelectric Performance in In2Se3‐Alloyed GeTe
A non‐equimolar In3+/Se2− alloying strategy creates Ge vacancies in GeTe, inducing relaxor ferroelectricity that broadens the low thermal conductivity window. Simultaneously, cubic phase stabilization broadens optimal electrical transport, achieving an average zT > 1.0 over 330–625 K.

Engineering a 660 nm‐Responsive Optogenetic Inducer of Pyroptosis for Precision Cancer Therapy
This study reports a bioorthogonal pyroptosis inducer, PyroRACS. By using a red‐light‐responsive Cre‐On genetic switch to control the expression of highly cytotoxic GSDMDNT, PyroRACS enables the artificial induction of pyroptosis with precise spatiotemporal control.
