Making the operational cleaning of hot-water boilers more efficient

Thermal Engineering, 2007
We present the results of operations for chemically cleaning hot-water boilers with solutions of hydrochloric and sulfuric acids with a specific contamination of up to 3000–4000 g/m2 or more and content of organic compounds in deposits of up to 20%.

Comprehensive Improvement of the Hot Water Boilers Operating Efficiency

Scientific works/Elmi eserler, 1996
Abstract. The article covers the specific features of the burner method of combusting liquid and gaseous fuels. The boiler load is regulated by changing the rate of gas flow to the burners or the number of operating burners. In practice, burners often operate with significant excess air of α = 1.4–1.6 or more, which reduces the flame temperature. These

SIMULATION OF BOILERS FOR HEATING AND HOT WATER SERVICES

2010
The combination of boilers of high efficiency is presented which contribute to energy saving in domestic heating plants and solve the problems of delivery of hot water in the favourable terms. They present the following features: conventional or condensing instantaneous boiler, flame modulating, and with electric ignition.
