Identification of Single Nucleotide Non-coding Driver Mutations in Cancer
Recent whole-genome sequencing studies have identified millions of somatic variants present in tumor samples. Most of these variants reside in non-coding regions of the genome potentially affecting transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene regulation.

Superconducting fluctuations and characteristic time scales in amorphous WSi [PDF]
We study magnitudes and temperature dependences of the electron-electron and electron-phonon interaction times which play the dominant role in the formation and relaxation of photon induced hotspot in two dimensional amorphous WSi films.

Pathogenic Neurofibromatosis type 1 gene variants in tumors of non‐NF1 patients and role of R1276
Somatic variants of the neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) gene occur across neoplasms without clinical manifestation of the disease NF1. We identified emerging somatic pathogenic NF1 variants and hotspots, for example, at the arginine finger 1276. Those missense variants provide fundamental information about neurofibromin's role in cancer.
