Isolation and exopolysaccharide screening of halophiles from Zhoushan Islands(舟山地区嗜盐菌的分离和产胞外多糖菌株的筛选)
Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2007 对浙江舟山地区近海和盐田的样品进行分离检测.从11份泥样和16份水样中共分离纯化120株嗜盐菌，其中多数为中度嗜盐菌或耐盐菌，颜色以白色为主，其次是红色和黄色，细胞形态多为杆状或球状，革兰氏阴性菌株占81.6%.研究表明，嗜盐菌在该地区具有广泛的分布和一定的多样性.以分离菌株为材料筛选产胞外多糖的菌株，发现19株能产生胞外多糖，其中菌株HS239产量较高.

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2010 以浙江舟山地区近海和盐田样品中分离纯化的120株嗜盐菌为材料,筛选产功能酶的菌株,发现其中淀粉酶产生菌有8株,蛋白酶产生菌有5株,脂肪酶产生菌有23株,其中HS238和HS225产量较高,在分离菌株中未检测到纤维素酶活性.选取其中13株进行金属敏感性实验,结果显示菌株HS223, HS239, HS254可以抗2 mg •mL-1 Mn2+,所有菌株都耐受培养基中10 µg •mL-1 Cr6+,但没有筛选到产表面活性剂的菌株.
