The Isaac Newton Telescope Monitoring project: Stellar population in the IC 10 dwarf irregular galaxy [PDF]
We have conducted an optical monitoring survey of IC 10 dwarf irregular galaxy in the Local Group, using the Isaac Newton Telescope (INT) with the wide-field camera (WFC), to identify the Asymptotic Giant Branch stars (AGBs).

Large Amplitude Photometric Variability of the Candidate Protoplanet TMR-1C
In their HST/NICMOS observations, Terebey et al. 1998 detected a candidate protoplanet, TMR-1C, that lies at a separation of about 10" (~1000 AU) from the Class I protobinary TMR-1 (IRAS 04361+2547).

X-Ray and Infrared Analysis on a Faint Polar RX J1745.5-2905
RX J1745.5-2905 is a faint and distant polar below the period gap. It was observed intensively in X-ray by Chandra, and its X-ray data reveal frequent brightness transitions between low and high states like we found in the prototype star AM Her.

Photometry and spectroscopy of faint candidate spectrophotometric standard DA white dwarfs [PDF]
We present precise photometry and spectroscopy for 23 candidate spectrophotometric standard white dwarfs. The selected stars are distributed in the Northern hemisphere and around the celestial equators and are all fainter than r ~ 16.5 mag.

The first direct detection of a gravitational micro-lens toward the Galactic bulge
We present a direct detection of the gravitational lens that caused the microlensing event MACHO-95-BLG-37. This is the first fully resolved microlensing system involving a source in the Galactic bulge, and the second such system in general. The lens and

Absolute Flux Calibration of the IRAC Instrument on the Spitzer Space Telescope using Hubble Space Telescope Flux Standards [PDF]
The absolute flux calibration of the James Webb Space Telescope will be based on a set of stars observed by the Hubble and Spitzer Space Telescopes. In order to cross-calibrate the two facilities, several A, G, and white dwarf (WD) stars are observed ...

We combine many published photometrical observations of the Seyfert Galaxy (SG) NGC 7469 and also new results from Hubble Space Telescope which can be used for future research of some properties of the activity of the nuclear of the SG.

The absolute age of the globular cluster M15 using near-infrared adaptive optics images from PISCES/LBT [PDF]
We present deep near-infrared (NIR) J, Ks photometry of the old, metal-poor Galactic globular cluster M\,15 obtained with images collected with the LUCI1 and PISCES cameras available at the Large Binocular Telescope (LBT).

Ages of M33 Star Clusters Based on the HST/WFPC2 Photometry
We present a result of age estimation for star clusters in M33. We obtain color-magnitude diagrams (CMDs) of resolved stars in 242 star clusters from the HST/WFPC2 images. We estimate ages of 100 star clusters among these, by fitting the Padova theoretical isochrones to the observational CMDs. Age distribution of the star clusters shows a dominant peak
