Gazi Üniversitesi Mühendislik Mimarlık Fakültesi Dergisi, 2022 Literatürde en çok kullanılan yöntemlerden biri olan Hata Türleri ve Etkileri Analizi (HTEA), güçlü bir risk değerlendirme aracı olmasına rağmen geliştirilmesi gereken birçok zayıf yönü de bulunmaktadır. HTEA’nın kullanım etkinliğini arttırmak için çalışmada, yeni çok boyutlu süreç tipi bir HTEA (ÇBST-HTEA) yaklaşımı önerilmektedir.
