A novel mortise‐tenon diaphyseal prosthesis enables ultra‐short osteotomy for forearm bone metastases, providing stable fixation with significant pain relief and functional recovery. This approach preserves bone stock and demonstrates excellent safety, with no implant failure, local recurrence, or major complications during mid‐ to long‐term follow‐up.

Morphology and novel classification of proximal humeral fractures
Background: The morphology of proximal humeral fractures (PHFs) is complex, and the fixation and selection of implants need to be guided by the fracture type and classification, which requires an accurate understanding of the fracture line.

In children, humeral biepicondylar fracture is extremely rare among traumas involving elbow region. The main goal should be to provide elbow stability in these patients. Thus, open reduction plus internal fixation should be performed in these cases. Here,

HUMERAL FRACTURES IN ‘ARM WRESTLERS‘
SUMMARYWe report three cases of fractures of the shaft of the humerus occurring during arm wrestling contests, which have now become a common pub — and even professional — sport. We then review all the literature on the subject. This is an unusual injury occurring in arm wrestling, but does occur and it should be remembered that radiological assessment

Anterior Shoulder Dislocation and Ipsilateral Humeral Shaft Fracture
Simultaneous dislocation of shoulder and humeral shaft fracture is a rare injury, and there is no clear protocol for its treatment. Herein we present a case of a 15-year-old boy, who suffered from a job-related accident and sustained fracture of humeral ...

Radiological and Functional Outcome of Retrograde Nailed Humeral Diaphyseal Fracture [PDF]
INTRODUCTION: Of all fracture of upper limb, the fracture shaft of humerus is relatively common and easiest to treat. Fracture shaft of humerus accounts for 1% of all adult fractures. There is wide array of good options for their treatment and there is
