Island ecosystems are great places to view evolution in action. In their Perspective, Altshuler and Clark discuss studies on the islands of the Lesser Antilles (Temeles and Kress) that reveal a striking morphological coevolution of the beaks of male and female hummingbirds and the Heliconia flowers on which they feed.
