Practical Perimetry using Program 24-2 threshold test of Humphrey Field Analyzer.

自動視野計ハンフリー中心30-2閾値検査(30)は現在広く利用されているが,中心24-2閾値検査(24)で検査時間の長さと患者の疲労を解消できるのではないかとその実用性について検討した.対象は,30を行った250症例461眼および24を行った192症例351眼である.その結果,1) 30を行ったうち24の検査点で異常を見落す例は2眼0.4%あった.2) 24で異常はないが,ゴールドマン視野計による動的量的視野のイソプターに異常のある例は2眼0.6%であった.3) 30と24を実地臨床上,同一眼に行った結果,検査時間は約5分短縮できた.以上から中心24-2閾値検査は,単独でも有用であり,動的量的周辺視野検査を併用することにより,さらに充分活用できることを確証した.
