Bottom‐Up Strategy Toward 3D Porous MXene/MoS2 Nanosheets/Graphene Nanoarchitectures as Highly‐Efficient Hydrogen Evolution Electrocatalysts

open access: yesRare Metals, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As a core component in the electrochemical water splitting system, the cathode catalyst is capable of boosting the kinetics of the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), while the scarcity and expenditure of current noble metal‐based electrocatalysts seriously restrict the large‐scale commercial development of hydrogen manufacturing devices. Here,

Ultrafast Catalytic Decomposition Reaction Using a ZIF‐67@Celluolose Nanofiber Composite‐Based Cobalt/ Nitrogen Co‐Doped Nanoporous Carbon for Water Treatment

open access: yesRare Metals, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Recently, cobalt/nitrogen co‐doped materials have emerged as heterogeneous catalysts to activate peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and have been applied to advanced oxidation processes for environmental remediation. However, their recyclability and reusability remain major barriers to practical application.

Integrating terrestrial and canopy laser scanning for comprehensive analysis of large old trees: Implications for single tree and biodiversity research

open access: yesRemote Sensing in Ecology and Conservation, EarlyView.
Canopy laser scanning (CLS) enhances 3D measurements of large trees by lifting laser scanners into the canopy. Combining CLS with terrestrial laser scanning improves point cloud precision, reduces occlusion and enables detailed assessments of tree architecture and canopy biodiversity, opening new opportunities for forest ecology.
