The appearance of Turkey's labour market reflected to hurriyet İK newspaper- 2006: The employee you look for is working in the rival firm

The goal of this study is to identify what kind of qualifications that job market demands from employees. The study is limited to the 2006 issues of Hurriyet İK. The findings show that besides diploma the qualifications obtained through adult education especially through informal learning are effective at employment.
