Quantum Dynamics of a Bose Superfluid Vortex
We derive a fully quantum-mechanical equation of motion for a vortex in a 2-dimensional Bose superfluid, in the temperature regime where the normal fluid density $\rho_n(T)$ is small. The coupling between the vortex "zero mode" and the quasiparticles has

Defects Dynamic in Photo‐Excited CeO2 and their Influence on CO2 Photoreduction
X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy study under light excitation is presented to track the defect dynamic (Ce4+ to Ce3+) in CeO2. Surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy confirmed the key role of Ce3+ states in controlling charge and energy transfer across the CeO2‐dye molecule interface.

Ineffectiveness of foliar nutrient sprays on cotton lint yield after riverine flooding
Abstract Irrigated Australian cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) is primarily produced on Vertosols, which are susceptible to waterlogging due to their highwater retention capacity and poor drainage. Waterlogging inhibits root growth and depletes soil oxygen, resulting in changes to soil pH, redox, and nutrient availability. Australian cotton farmers often

Abstract Input costs associated with cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) production systems have increased exponentially in recent years, prompting interest for innovative cost‐saving methods, such as alternative row configurations. The objective of this study was to evaluate the ability of various skip‐row systems to achieve similar, or greater, net ...

ABSTRACT The allocation of carbon sources between cotton ovule and fibre significantly influences the yield and quality of seed and fibre. SWEET15 (Sugars Will Eventually be Exported Transporter 15) plays a key role in sucrose transport; however, the transcriptional regulation of SWEET15 in cotton remains unclear.

This study demonstrates that the dual delivery of BMP‐2/‐7 coding cmRNAs for bone healing is demonstrated as feasible, safe, and highly osteogenic. Compared to single BMP‐2 or BMP‐7 cmRNAs, the combination enhances the production of both mineral and organic components of the extracellular matrix when delivered using a collagen‐HA scaffold, supporting ...

The fundamental group of a Galois cover of CP^1 X T
Let T be the complex projective torus, and X the surface CP^1 X T. Let X_Gal be its Galois cover with respect to a generic projection to CP^2. In this paper we compute the fundamental group of X_Gal, using the degeneration and regeneration techniques ...
