Multivalued Fixed Point Theorems for Generalized Contractions and Their Applications
We give common hybrid fixed point results for generalized (ψ,ϕ) weak contraction satisfying owc and CLR properties in the framework of metric spaces. An application to functional equations is also discussed.

A preclinical evaluation of polypropylene/polylacticacid hybrid meshes for fascial defect repair using a rat abdominal hernia model. [PDF]
Synthetic mesh surgery for both abdominal and urogenital hernia repair is often unsatisfactory in the long-term due to postoperative complications. We hypothesized that a semi-degradable mesh hybrid may provide more appropriate biocompatibility with ...

A hybrid GA–PS–SQP method to solve power system valve-point economic dispatch problems
This study presents a new approach based on a hybrid algorithm consisting of Genetic Algorithm (GA), Pattern Search (PS) and Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) techniques to solve the well-known power system Economic dispatch problem (ED).

Hybrid Contracts according to Islamic Perspective
To gain a strong position in the banking industry, by meeting a sharia-compliance as well as attractive to customers and be competitive to conventional banks, Islamic banks are extending their products by producing multi-varied contracts or known as “hybrid”.

Biofabrication aims at providing innovative technologies and tools for the fabrication of tissue‐like constructs for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications. By integrating multiple biofabrication technologies, such as 3D (bio) printing with fiber fabrication methods, it would be more realistic to reconstruct native tissue's ...

Combined Preconditioning with Applications in Reservoir Simulation
We develop a simple algorithmic framework to solve large-scale symmetric positive definite linear systems. At its core, the framework relies on two components: (1) a norm-convergent iterative method (i.e. smoother) and (2) a preconditioner. The resulting

Coincidences and Fixed Points of Nonself Hybrid Contractions
Let \((X, d)\) be a complete metrically convex metric space, \(K\) a non-empty closed subset of \(X\), \(F, G: K \to CL(X), S, T\) selfmaps of \(K\). The hybrid contractions in this paper satisfy the inequality \(H(Fx, Gy) \leq \alpha d(Tx, Sy) + \beta[d(Tx, Fx) + d(Sy, Gy)] + \gamma[d(Tx, Gy) + d(Sy, Fx)]\) for each \(x,y \in X\), where \(\alpha ...

Fractional Skyrmion Tubes in Chiral‐Interfaced 3D Magnetic Nanowires
In chiral 3D helical magnetic nanowires, the coupling between the geometric and magnetic chirality provides a way to create topological spin states like vortex tubes. Here, it is demonstrated how the breaking of this coupling in interfaced 3D nanowires of opposite chirality leads to even more complex topological spin states, such as fractional ...

Hybrid Iterations for the Fixed Point Problem and Variational Inequalities
A hybrid iterative algorithm with Meir-Keeler contraction is presented for solving the fixed point problem of the pseudocontractive mappings and the variational inequalities. Strong convergence analysis is given as limn→∞d(STxn,TSxn).
