Endoscopic submucosal dissection of tracheal deep benign fibrous histiocytoma using hybrid knife.
Deep benign fibrous histiocytoma (FH) is an uncommon and poorly recognized tumor that arises in subcutaneous or deep soft tissue. Deep benign FH of the trachea is even more rare. Deep benign FH recurs in approximately 20% of cases, so surgical resection is the recommended treatment for FH.

ABSTRACT Background In recent years, the incidence of early upper gastric cancer has increased, leading to a wider adoption of proximal gastrectomy (PG) as a possible treatment option. PG is preferred over total gastrectomy (TG) due to its superior postoperative nutritional status and improved surgical safety.

Patient‐Reported‐Outcome‐Measures (PROMs) After Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Resections
ABSTRACT Background Data on patient‐reported outcome measures (PROMs) of patients undergoing endoscopic resections have been sparse. The aim of our study was the prospective assessment of the Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index (GIQLI) as a baseline and post‐endoscopic resection (ER) measurement in patients with epithelial mucosal neoplasms ...

Validation of an Endoscopic Landmark for Injection of Internal Branch of Superior Laryngeal Nerve
This study validates a transnasal endoscopic approach to target the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve (iSLN) via the piriform sinus. Cadaveric analysis showed this method enables precise localization with minimal variability, offering a promising technique for treating laryngeal sensory dysfunction.

ABSTRACT Background and Study Aims Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is increasingly used for the resection of complex lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. However, its adoption in the management of colonic lesions in Western practice remains challenging, mainly due to the anatomical complexities of the colon.
