Sentiment analysis is one of the text mining fields that classify the polarity of document texts and determine positive, neutral, or negative opinions. Document texts tend to have noise features or irrelevant features, so that feature selection is needed

RNA colony hybridization method
Gene, 1986A method for rapid screening of specific RNA sequences in recombinant colonies by hybridization in situ is presented. The method includes two consecutive steps of lytic treatment of the nitrocellulose-filter-supported colonies (10% sodium dodecyl sulfate and 3 X SSC at 65 degrees C) and hybridization with 32P-labelled specific oligodeoxynucleotides.

A modified form of hybrid method for advanced exergy analysis is introduced and applied to an anode gas recirculation solid oxide fuel cell system. The results are compared with the corresponding values achieved from applying the well-known engineering ...

Nucleic acid hybridization is a very potent technique that can be used for the identification of DNA and RNA species with varying degree of homology and for the estimation of relative amounts of nucleic acid with known homolgy. In most cases, single-stranded (ss) (denatured) DNA or RNA is bound to a filter support (e.g., nitrocellulose) and incubated ...

The purpose of this paper is to show how Lagrange multipliers can be used with finite elements to achieve a number of desirable properties in the underlying approximation. For elliptic boundary value problems, variational principles can be developed in which all boundary conditions are natural.

A method combining iterations of the Laguerre and modified Laguerre root-finding methods was developed to correct a problem of the modified Laguerre method with “paired approximations”. Experimental results indicate that this hybrid Laguerre method successfully separates approximation pairs which inhibit convergence in the modified Laguerre method.
