Adding to the Perovskite Universe: Inverse-Hybrid Perovskites

ACS Energy Letters, 2017
Perovskites are a rich family of functional materials with many interesting physical properties. Usually, they contain two cationic species on the A- and B-sites, surrounded by anionic species on the X-site, but compounds are also known that invert the ion types on the respective lattice sites (inverse perovskites).

Hybrid functionals applied to perovskites

Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter, 2014
After being used for years in the chemistry community to describe molecular properties, hybrid functionals have been increasingly and successfully employed for a wide range of solid state problems which are not accurately accessible by standard density functional theory.

Photophysics of Hybrid Perovskites

2016
Hybrid perovskites are an emergent class of materials for optoelectronic applications. The understanding of their photophysics is however lagging behind, hampering the systematic engineering of best performing devices. Disentangling the different photophysical contributions and identifying the intrinsic properties are in demand for a market-scale ...

Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskites

2018
The dielectric functions and optical constants of various organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite semiconductors, including HC(NH2)2PbI3, CH3NH3PbI3, CH3NH3PbBr3 and CH3NH3PbCl3, are summarized. For CH3NH3Pb(I, Br)3 alloys, the variation of the dielectric function with Br content, calculated by applying the energy shift model, is presented.
