Non zonal hybrid RANS/LES models
We show how the concept of partially integrated transport modeling allows to transpose statistical models into subfilter models. It leads to nonzonal hybrid schemes with seamless coupling. They are dedicated to the simulation of turbulent flows on coarse grids, for turbulent flows with strong departure from equilibrium.
