Wafer‐Scale Synthesis of Mithrene and its Application in UV Photodetectors
A controlled tarnishing step on the silver surface precedes the solid‐vapor‐phase chemical transformation into silver phenylselenolate thin films. The approach yields crystals exceeding 1 µm with improved in‐plane orientation. Integration on graphene phototransistors demonstrates high photoresponsivity, positioning mithrene as a promising material for ...

Vacuum‐based deposition is promising for perovskite solar cells to be successfully commercialized. However, co‐evaporation, the most common vapor phase deposition technique, suffers from very low deposition rates. In this work, we reveal that high deposition rates can lead to carbon flakes depositing into the perovskite absorber layers due to material ...

Structuration d'ateliers hybrides

Structural Hybrid Supercapacitor
ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2017Supercapacitors (SCs) have attracted tremendous attention due to their high specific power and long cycle life. The two major issues with SCs are low specific energy and self-discharge. The benefits of doping mediators or redox species in electrolytes include: 1) providing extra pseudocapacitance out of bulk of electrode materials, 2) increasing the ...

Hybrid Ferromagnetic/Semiconductor Structures
Science, 1990Ultrahigh-vacuum growth techniques are now being used to grow single-crystal films of magnetic materials. These growth procedures, carried out in the same molecular beam epitaxy systems commonly used for the growth of semiconductor films, have yielded a variety of new materials and structures that may prove useful for integrated electronics and ...
