Interferometrically Controlled Hydraulic Wavelength Drive*
Journal of the Optical Society of America, 1961After a discussion of the nature and history of the wavelength drive problem, the construction and operation of an interferometrically controlled hydraulic wavelength drive is described. With servo control, the interferometer end reflector which is maintained in contact with the driven element is advanced linearly to within 0.1 fringe. The speed of the

REALIZATION OF BIPED ROBOT BY HYDRAULIC DRIVE
Proceedings of the JFPS International Symposium on Fluid Power, 1989The robots realized at present, are primarily developed for automation in factory, such as industrial robots. Recently, intelligent robot with vision etc. appeared, but the object of introduction doesn't change, so much.New field of robot with more advanced functions is developing, whose object is inspection and maintenance of large plant such as ...

Performance of SR drive for hydraulic pump
2005 International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems, 2005This paper proposed a hydraulic pump system which uses a variable speed SR drive and constant capacity pump. The base and maximum speed, torque are determined from the mechanical specifications of hydraulic pump. The drive system is set to have minimum power consumption during the keeping of preset oil-pressure.

Pneumatic–Hydraulic Pile Driving Hammer
2020In the early fifteenth century, people used ropes to lift heavy objects for piling. Various diesel hammers and hydraulic hammers emerged as the times require. This chapter introduces a pneumatic–hydraulic pile hammer which combines pneumatic technology with hydraulic technology, including its historical origin, domestic and foreign products, basic ...

Multiple Hydraulic Drives Load Sensing
ASME 1977 Citrus Engineering Conference, 1977Hydraulics date back to the pyramids and Egyptians. It became popular during World War I and World War II, when it was mass produced for the military. What we will discuss today will be modern hydraulics, primarily hydraulics for the citrus industry. Paper published with permission.

Peripheral blasting in the driving of the hydraulic tunnels
Hydrotechnical Construction, 19691. In driving tunnels and other undergound projects by the single section technique or with an upper lead section, peripheral blasting may prevent overage if the work is done without bracing or with an anchor bracing. 2. Peripheral blasting should be used, depending on the strength of rocks: with a closer spacing of charges in stable ...
