The Journal of the Society of Chemical Industry, Japan, 1957 ジシラン類をアルミナ触媒により水素気流中で分解し,多量のヒドロシランを含むモノシラン類を生成しうることを見出し,メチルクロルシラン製造の残留物油を有用なモノシテン類に変換する方法について研究した。本報では反応条件,ジシランの種類の影響等につき検討した結果,この反応はまずジシランのケイ素-ケイ素結合の切断により起り,生成したシリル基が水素あるいは他の化合物と競争的に反応するものと考えた。
