Deep neural network-based physical distancing monitoring system with tensorRT optimization
During the COVID-19 pandemic, physical distancing (PD) is highly recommended to stop the transmission of the virus. PD practices are challenging due to humans' nature as social creatures and the difficulty in estimating the distance from other people ...

The Mass-Radius relation for Neutron Stars in $f(R)$ gravity [PDF]
We discuss the Mass -Radius diagram for static neutron star models obtained by the numerical solution of modified Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff equations in $f(R)$ gravity where the Lagrangians $f(R)=R+\alpha R^2 (1+\gamma R)$ and $f(R)=R^{1+\epsilon }$ are

Numerical validation of hydrodinamic cavitation generation using perforated plates
This research shows the analysis of three case studies using perforated plates with a central orifice to generate hydrodynamic cavitation with diameters of 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm. Experimental model was fabricated and instrumented to validate numerical models of the perforated plates and their corresponding pressure drop.

A numerical model based on the mild‐slope equation of water wave propagation over complicated bathymetry, taking into account the combined effects of refraction, diffraction, and reflection due to breakwater, is presented. The numerical method was developed using a split proposed version of the mild‐slope equation and solved by an implicit method in a ...

Research into ultrasoic and hydrodinamic cavitation phenomena in a hydraulic system
The article describes the course of the ultrasonic cavitation in a hydraulic tank and the hydrodynamic cavitation in a gear pump. The course of those phenomena was confirmed in experimental tests carried out with the use of a tank and a pump made of transparent plastics.

Complex fission phenomena [PDF]
Complex fission phenomena are studied in a unified way. Very general reflection asymmetrical equilibrium (saddle point) nuclear shapes are obtained by solving an integro-differential equation without being necessary to specify a certain parametrization ...
