Linear response beyond hydrodynamic poles
We consider the problem of writing an effective, linearised theory in small derivatives that reproduces the Mittag-Leffler expansion of a charge current correlator with an arbitrary number of simple poles.

Hydrodynamic nonlinear response of interacting integrable systems [PDF]
Significance Studying the response of a system to external fields yields information on its macroscopic order as well as its microscopic properties. While working to linear order in field strength often suffices to describe experiments, recent advances allow measurements to probe beyond the linear regime.

Mooring Angle Study of a Horizontal Rotor Wave Energy Converter
The horizontal rotor wave energy converter is a newly designed wave energy converter. While the mooring system plays a vital role in keeping the device floating stably, the selection of the mooring angle has immediate effects on the device’s floating ...

Linear response and hydrodynamics for granular fluids [PDF]
A formal derivation of linear hydrodynamics for a granular fluid is given. The linear response to small spatial perturbations of the homogeneous reference state is studied in detail using methods of non-equilibrium statistical mechanics. A transport matrix for macroscopic excitations in the fluid is defined in terms of the response functions.

Stability Analysis of a TLP with Inclined Tension Legs under Different Marine Survival Conditions
To verify that inclined tension legs can improve the stability of the tension leg platform, this paper established the dynamic equation of a tension leg platform (TLP) under marine environmental loads by using the modified Morrison equation considering ...
