Amide Methylation Empowers Concentrated Hydrogel Electrolytes for Wide‐Temperature Flexible Aqueous Sodium‐Ion Batteries

ENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
An aprotic poly(N,N‐dimethylacrylamide) matrix provides free C=O sites for strong ion solvation, establishing a stable and homogeneous gel phase. This unique polymer network effectively reduces H2O activity, enabling highly concentrated gel electrolytes for high‐voltage, wide‐temperature, and flexible aqueous sodium‐ion batteries.
