Tris(diisopropylammonium) hydrogensulfate sulfate
The cations and anions of the title salt, 3C6H16N+·HSO4−·SO42−, are linked by N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional network.

Bifidobacterium bifidum establishes symbiosis with infants by metabolizing lacto‐N‐biose I (LNB) from human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs). The extracellular multidomain enzyme LnbB drives this process, releasing LNB via its catalytic glycoside hydrolase family 20 (GH20) lacto‐N‐biosidase domain.

Lead-free halide perovskite memristors for scalable crossbar arrays
Lead-free halide-perovskite memristors have advanced rapidly from initial proof-of-concept junctions to centimeter-scale selector-free crossbar arrays, maintaining full compatibility with CMOS backend processes.

Peptide‐based ligand antagonists block a Vibrio cholerae adhesin
The structure of a peptide‐binding domain of the Vibrio cholerae adhesin FrhA was solved by X‐ray crystallography, revealing how the inhibitory peptide AGYTD binds tightly at its Ca2+‐coordinated pocket. Structure‐guided design incorporating D‐amino acids enhanced binding affinity, providing a foundation for developing anti‐adhesion therapeutics ...

Tris(4-hydroxypyridinium) hydrogen sulfate–sulfate monohydrate
In the crystal structure of the title salt, 3C5H6NO+·HSO4−·SO42−·H2O, the hydrogen sulfate ion is linked to the sulfate ion by an O—H...O hydrogen bond. The hydrogen sulfate–sulfate anion

OXIDATION OF AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF BROMIDE USING H2O2 , UV AND PEROXONE [PDF]
In this study , aqueous solutions of bromine were prepared with different concentration ranging from (0.025, 0.030, 0.035, 0.040, 0.045 to 0.050 N ) . At the beginning the oxidation was done using only Hydrogen peroxide then only ultraviolet radiation at

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

Stellar wind bubbles around WR and [WR] stars [PDF]
We study the dynamics of stellar wind bubbles around hydrogen-deficient stars using numerical simulations with time- and ion dependent cooling. We consider two types of hydrogen-deficient stars, massive WR stars, producing Ring Nebulae, and low mass [WR]

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...
