A Novel Co3Se4‐CNFs Hybrid System as a Versatile Enhancer for Pd NPs Toward Ethylene Glycol Electrooxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Pd nanoparticles anchored on a Co3Se4‐CNF hybrid support exhibit enhanced electrocatalytic performance for ethylene glycol oxidation in alkaline media. The synergistic interaction between Co3Se4 and CNFs improves electronic conductivity, promotes uniform Pd dispersion, and reduces charge transfer resistance, resulting in superior activity, durability ...

Disruption of Sulfur Metabolism and Redox Homeostasis in Staphylococcus aureus Using Mechanically Robust Antibiofilm Ti‐Bi Alloys

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Titanium (Ti) and bismuth (Bi) are selected as alloying elements for the preparation of the Ti‐Bi binary alloy system. Biofilm formation is found to be inhibited by bismuth through the disruption of sulfur metabolism and redox homeostasis, as well as through the direct downregulation of biofilm‐associated proteins.

Perovskite Quantum Dots for Improvement in Efficiency of Perovskite Solar Cells: Recent Advances and Prospects

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Quantum dots (QDs) boost perovskite solar cells (PSCs) performance/stability via tunable bandgap, energy alignment, and interfacial engineering. This review covers three frontiers: 1. interfacial defect passivation by Ligand‐engineered QDs in PSCs. 2. QDs multifunctional interlayers via bandgap/energy alignment. 3. QDs in tandem cells.
