Subdiaphragmatic Ectopic Kidney: A 12‐Year Follow‐Up Case Report

ABSTRACT This 12‐year follow‐up of a prenatally misdiagnosed subdiaphragmatic ectopic kidney highlights the challenge of distinguishing renal agenesis from anatomical variants. Conservative management proved effective without surgical intervention.
