Comparative analysis of the hydropower characteristics of a small hydropower plant
"Scientific Bulletin of Politehnica University of Timişoara Transactions on HYDROTECHNICS"The paper presents the possibility of building a micro-hydro power plant on a given site, a different variant compared to the actually realized/designed situation. The work thus analyses the hydropower characteristics in comparison for the two situations.

Mix of Thermal and Hydropower Plants
2014Norway is unique in having almost only hydropower plants generating all the electricity. But other countries that rely to a high degree on hydro must have other forms of generating plants in a mix that varies from country to country. Norway participates in the international wholesale electricity market Nord Pool together with Denmark, Finland, and ...

Various Hydropower Plant Models
2019In this thesis, various HPP models for different study purposes are developed. For a clearer demonstration and classification of models, they are distinguished from two aspects: (1) the implementation and (2) the generator modelling approach, as shown in Fig. 3.1. In this chapter, numerical Models in TOPSYS and MATLAB, models for theoretical derivation
