DEPOLYMERIZATION OF LIGNIN BY HYDROTHERMAL METHOD

open access: yesKhimiia rastitel'nogo syr'ia (Chemistry of plant raw material), 2014
Two modified forms of lignin were obtained by the hydrothermal depolymerization of lignin derived from a lignocellulosic source (Miscanthus sinensis-Andersson). One of them is soluble in many organic solvents (organosolv) and has a softening point of 48 to 98 °C, and the other one is practically insoluble in organic solvents and is unsoftenable even at

Unveiling Complementary Unipolar Electrical Transport in ZnO‐Co3O4 Core–Shell Nanowires Exploiting Iontronics

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Complementary unipolar electrical transport is demonstrated in ZnO‐Co3O4 core–shell nanowires, by engineering multi‐terminal device architectures that allow to selectively address different sections of the nanostructure and resorting on ionic liquid gating for conformal capacitive coupling and field effect control.
