This study addresses stability, repair, and recycling in flexible devices using polymers with identical dynamic bonds but incompatible backbones. This enables robust integration, precise self‐healing, and full recyclability. We demonstrate optoelectronic sensors that, after damage, magnetically self‐assemble and heal upon heating.

Design, Production and Evaluation of 3D-Printed Mold Geometries for a Hybrid Rocket Engine
The feasibility of 3D-printed molds for complex solid fuel block geometries of hybrid rocket engines is investigated. Additively produced molds offer more degrees of freedom in designing an optimized but easy to manufacture mold.

Purification and Properties of Polyvinyl Nitrate and Its Compatibility With Solid Oxidizers
ABSTRACT Polyvinyl nitrate (PVN) is a nitrate‐ester energetic binder that can be produced directly from polyvinyl alcohol—a cheap commodity feedstock—thereby offering potential cost and supply‐chain advantages over binders based on nitrocellulose and other specialty polymers.

Study of physico-chemical properties of raw materials for solid propellant
In the study of the physicochemical properties of low molecular weight polybutadiene rubber with functional hydroxyl groups (Hydroxyl Terminated Poly Butadien – HTPB), which is a raw material for solid rocket fuel (SRP), an experimental batch of rubber ...

ABSTRACT Additive manufacturing by fused deposition modelling (FDM) has expanded the use of engineering thermoplastics in environments where long‐term durability remains insufficiently characterized. In this work, the molecular and microstructural aging mechanisms of FDM‐printed polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS) and high‐impact ...

ABSTRACT Controllable energy release in solid propellants has always been a challenging technology, and extensive efforts have been devoted to the synthesis and application of catalysts to achieve its controllable release. In this study, tannic acid (TA) and its complexes (TA‐Cu) were introduced into boron@ammonium perchlorate (B@AP) composites using ...
