Preparation of Model Surfaces to Mimic Porous Cellulose Structures
This study presents 2D ultrathin nanocellulose model surfaces that mimic porous cellulose materials. The surfaces are prepared via a sacrificial templating approach, by spin coating nanocellulose and polystyrene nanoparticles suspension on a substrate, followed by nanoparticle removal.

A facile approach to produce 2D Zn bioMOFs using azelaic acid as the organic linker. Zn‐Aza/Ppy electrode shows high specific capacitance and excellent cycling stability. Polypyrrole decoration enhances the antibacterial activity of bioMOF Zn‐Aza. Zn‐Aza/Ppy is promising for supercapacitors in wearable and biomedical applications.
