Ecosystem carbon, water, and energy exchange reorganize systematically along climatic gradients from humid to dry conditions. Tapering shapes indicate shifts in the relative importance of environmental drivers and ecosystem fluxes across climate space, with thicker ends representing greater influence or magnitude.

Let $G$ be a connected graph with vertex set $V$ and a {\em weight function} $\rho$ that assigns a nonnegative number to each of its vertices. Then, the {\em $\rho$-moment} of $G$ at vertex $u$ is defined to be $M_G^{\rho}(u)=\sum_{v\in V} \rho(v)\dist ...

Accelerating MRI With Longitudinally‐Informed Latent Posterior Sampling
ABSTRACT Purpose To accelerate MRI acquisition by incorporating the previous scans of a subject during reconstruction. Although longitudinal imaging constitutes much of clinical MRI, leveraging previous scans is challenging due to the complex relationship between scan sessions, potentially involving substantial anatomical or pathological changes, and ...

Abstract The growing size of genome‐wide polymorphism data in animal and plant breeding has raised concerns regarding computational load and time, particularly when predicting genetic values for target traits using genomic prediction. Several deep learning and conventional methods, including dimensionality reduction techniques such as principal ...

On the Wiener index and the hyper-Wiener index of the Kragujevac trees
In this paper, the Wiener index and the hyper-Wiener index of the Kragujevac trees is computed in term of its vertex degrees. As application, we obtain an upper bond and a lower bound for the Wiener index and the hyper-Wiener index of these trees.

ABSTRACT This paper develops a framework for designing output feedback controllers for constrained linear parameter‐varying systems that experience persistent disturbances. We specifically propose an incremental parameter‐varying output feedback control law to address control rate constraints, as well as state and control amplitude constraints.

q-Invariant Functions for Some Generalizations of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck Semigroup [PDF]
We show that the multiplication operator associated to a fractional power of a Gamma random variable, with parameter q>0, maps the convex cone of the 1-invariant functions for a self-similar semigroup into the convex cone of the q-invariant functions for
