Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

A model of cosmological inflation is proposed in which field space is a hyperbolic plane. The inflaton never slow-rolls, and instead orbits the bottom of the potential, buoyed by a centrifugal force. Though initial velocities redshift away during inflation, in negatively curved spaces angular momentum naturally starts exponentially large and remains ...

Spatially Tailorable Liquid Crystalline Elastomer Alignment During Digital Light Process 3D Printing
Here, we report the fabrication of 3D printable liquid crystalline elastomer (LCE) structures with spatially tailorable alignment domains within the same layer. This work addresses the long‐standing challenge of preparing complex 3D LCE architectures with patterned functional domains to achieve nonlinear deformations. Fabrication of multi‐domains in 3D

AbstractThe use of computer graphics to create repeating patterns of the hyperbolic plane is a recent and natural development in the history of hyperbolic patterns. A program is described which generates such patterns in the Poincaré model of hyperbolic geometry. The program can easily be extended to create patterns with color symmetry.

Platonic Hyperbolic Monopoles [PDF]
We construct a number of explicit examples of hyperbolic monopoles, with various charges and often with some platonic symmetry. The fields are obtained from instanton data in four-dimensional Euclidean space that are invariant under a circle action, and in most cases the monopole charge is equal to the instanton charge.

Tropes in Olonkho: Stability and Variation
This article explores the use of rhetorical devices in the epic imagery of Yakutian epic poetry. The study focuses on the continuity of tropes such as epithet, hyperbole, simile, metaphor, and metonymy, drawing upon various recordings of Olonkho texts ...

Structural Porosity and Low Mineral Density in Enamel Rods Drive Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation
This study uses advanced imaging modalities on multiple length scales to show that molar‐incisor hypomineralization does not present as a locally homogeneous pathology. Instead, microstructural defects, characterized through non‐mineralized, protein‐rich sheaths and an altered mineral structure in between prism rods, resulting in local differences in ...
