ON WEAKLY HYPERBOLIC SPACES AND A CONVERGENCE-EXTENSION THEOREM IN WEAKLY HYPERBOLIC SPACES [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics, 2003
In this article we prove some properties of the weakly hyperbolic spaces. Moreover, a convergence-extension theorem for analytic hypersurfaces in weakly hyperbolic spaces is given.

Analysing the significance of small conformational changes and low occupancy states in serial crystallographic data

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Hyperbolic normal almost contactmetric hypersurfaces in Euclidean 4-dimensional space

open access: yesLietuvos Matematikos Rinkinys, 2005
In Euclidean 4-dimensional space, all hyper surfaces with normal almost contact metric structure of hyperbolic type as well as hyperbolic Sasakian structure are found.

Generalised popularity-similarity optimisation model for growing hyperbolic networks beyond two dimensions

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2022
Hyperbolic network models have gained considerable attention in recent years, mainly due to their capability of explaining many peculiar features of real-world networks.

Advancing Age Modulates Associations Between Cognitive Impairment and Brain Volumes in Early MS

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Cognitive impairment is common in multiple sclerosis (MS), but manifestations following the first demyelinating event are relatively unexplored. We investigated cross‐sectional associations between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)–derived brain volumes and the presence of cognitive impairment outcomes five years after the first ...

Spacelike Ruled Surface In Hyperbolic 3-Space

open access: yesCumhuriyet Science Journal, 2018
In this paper in Hyperbolic space , we study a spacelike ruled surfaces. A spacelike ruledsurface in is acquired by aspacelike geodesic moving along a spacelike curve.

Curves and surfaces in hyperbolic space [PDF]

open access: yesBanach Center Publications, 2004
In the first part (§2, §3), we give a survey of the recent results on application of singularity theory for curves and surfaces in Hyperbolic space. After that we define the hyperbolic canal surface of a hyperbolic space curve and apply the results of the first part to get some geometric relations between the hyperbolic canal surface and the center ...

A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐
