ABSTRACT Obstructive jaundice in pregnancy, though rare, can result from hormone‐induced biliary stasis and gallstone formation. Prompt recognition and timely surgical intervention, such as cholecystectomy and bile duct exploration, are critical to preventing maternal and fetal complications.
