Modulators of Diacylglycerol Kinase Activity: A Review of Advances and Challenges
ABSTRACT Catalyzing the conversion of diacylglycerol (DAG) in phosphatidic acid (PA), diacylglycerol kinases (DGKs) play a pivotal role in all the physiological processes modulated by these two bioactive lipids, such as lipid metabolism and immune regulation.

The paper proposes that the root cause of aging is the loss of anatomical goal‐directedness after development. Using evolutionary neural cellular automata simulations, the authors show that after the organism has reached its developmental homeostatic setpoint (the adult morphology), the absence of target state to pursue leads to a drifting anatomical ...

Vocal Fold Kinematics in Phonotrauma From High Speed Videoendoscopy
This study aimed to quantify vocal fold vibratory kinematics associated with phonotraumatic vocal fold lesions. Results found that individuals with phonotrauma had increased vocal fold closing velocity, evidenced by a higher maximum area declination rate, and increased vibrational amplitude.

ABSTRACT The use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has significantly improved the efficacy of cancer therapy, but their associated immune‐related adverse events (irAEs) can severely compromise treatment safety. This review systematically summarizes the core mechanisms underlying irAEs, which include multi‐organ damage resulting from T‐cell ...
