This study identifies ARID1B as a chromatin‐bound driver of tumor growth in TNBC. ARID1B impairs ARID1A function and directly activates oncogenic programs through SWI/SNF remodeling. Its nuclear localization, mediated by the KPNA2–KPNB1–RANBP2 import machinery, is essential for its tumor‐promoting activity.

Recursive Estimation of Orientation Based on the Bingham Distribution [PDF]
Directional estimation is a common problem in many tracking applications. Traditional filters such as the Kalman filter perform poorly because they fail to take the periodic nature of the problem into account.

Commuting difference operators with elliptic coefficients from Baxter's vacuum vestors
For quantum integrable models with elliptic R-matrix, we construct the Baxter Q-operator in infinite-dimensional representations of the algebra of observables.Comment: 31 pages, LaTeX, references ...

This study highlights the role of connexin43 (Cx43) in mediating glia activation and neuroinflammation in glaucoma. Using Cx43 knockout mice, it is shown that macroglial cells‐derived Cx43 modulates microglial activation, proliferation, migration, and polarization.

Matrix-Variate Value-at-Risk: Generalized Beta and F Distributions
In recent years, there has been a notable increase in the study of matrix-variate distributions and their applications. Significant progress has been made in understanding the properties and statistical inference of these distributions. In this paper, we

Evaluating parametric holonomic sequences using rectangular splitting
We adapt the rectangular splitting technique of Paterson and Stockmeyer to the problem of evaluating terms in holonomic sequences that depend on a parameter. This approach allows computing the $n$-th term in a recurrent sequence of suitable type using $O(

In the tripartite‐species model, Drosophila larvae stimulate lactate production through excreting digestion enzymes. S. marcescens population senses a cue of lactate and tends to diverge into virulent and reduced virulence subclusters with remarkable heterogeneity to metabolize carbon metabolism and counter colonization resistance, giving a fitness ...

A note on moments of derivatives of characteristic polynomials [PDF]
We present a simple technique to compute moments of derivatives of unitary characteristic polynomials. The first part of the technique relies on an idea of Bump and Gamburd: it uses orthonormality of Schur functions over unitary groups to compute matrix ...

We present the q-deformed multivariate hypergeometric functions related to Schur polynomials as tau-functions of the KP and of the two-dimensional Toda lattice hierarchies.

A gastrula‐premarked enhancer within the first intron of Cdx2 governs posterior embryonic development via both regulating Cdx2 expression in cis and coordinating TGF‐β signaling in trans to ensure proper posterior body development. Functional rescue in gastruloids reveals a Cdx2‐independent pathway, highlighting p‐Enh‐eRNA as key epigenetic ...
