Sinapine Modulates Glycogen and Lipid Synthesis via IRS1–PI3K–AKT–GSK3β–GS Pathway in Insulin‐Resistant Models

This study combined network pharmacology, molecular docking, and in vitro (HepG2) and in vivo (T2DM mice) experiments to investigate sinapine's effect on insulin resistance.
