Weighted hypergeometric functions and fractional derivative
We introduce some weighted hypergeometric functions and the suitable generalization of the Caputo fractional derivation. For these hypergeometric functions, some linear and bilinear relations are obtained by means of the mentioned derivation operator ...

A Class of Extended Hypergeometric Functions and Its Applications [PDF]
Recently, there emerges different versions of beta function and hypergeometric functions containing extra parameters. Gaining enlightenment from these ideas, we will first introduce a new extension of generalized hypergeometric function and then put forward some fundamental results in the paper. Next, we will derive some properties of certain functions

The comprehensive proteomic and N‐glycoproteomic analyses of 45 colorectal cancer tissues with matched normal adjacent tissues identified 7125 intact N‐glycopeptides from 704 glycoproteins. A glycosylation site‐protein function network revealing metabolic dysregulation is constructed and a model differentiating tumors from normal tissues is developed ...

Congruence relations for $p$-adic hypergeometric functions $\widehat{\mathscr{F}}_{a,...,a}^{(σ)}(t)$ and its transformation formula [PDF]
We introduce new kind of $p$-adic hypergeometric functions. We show these functions satisfy congruence relations, so they are convergent functions. And we show that there is a transformation formula between our new $p$-adic hypergeometric functions and $p$-adic hypergeometric functions of logarithmic type defined by M. Asakura in a particular case.

A CTGF‐LYTAC nanoplatform is developed to selectively degrade connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC), inhibiting TGF‐β signaling and cell interactions in the tumor microenvironment (TME). This strategy effectively suppresses tumor growth and metastasis, outperforming antibody‐based therapy.

Recursion formulas for certain quadruple hypergeometric functions
A remarkably large number of hypergeometric (and generalized) functions and a variety of their extensions have been presented and investigated in the literature by many authors.

Transformations of hypergeometric elliptic integrals [PDF]
The paper classifies algebraic transformations of Gauss hypergeometric functions with the local exponent differences $(1/2,1/4,1/4)$, $(1/2,1/3,1/6)$ and $(1/3,1/3,1/3)$. These form a special class of algebraic transformations of Gauss hypergeometric functions, of arbitrary high degree.

Zeros of $p$-adic hypergeometric functions, $p$-adic analogues of Kummer's and Pfaff's identities [PDF]
We classify all the zeros and non-zero values of a family of hypergeometric series in the $p$-adic setting. These values of hypergeometric series in the $p$-adic setting lead to transformations of hypergeometric series in the $p$-adic setting which can be described as $p$-adic analogues of Kummer's and Pfaff's linear transformations on classical ...

In the tripartite‐species model, Drosophila larvae stimulate lactate production through excreting digestion enzymes. S. marcescens population senses a cue of lactate and tends to diverge into virulent and reduced virulence subclusters with remarkable heterogeneity to metabolize carbon metabolism and counter colonization resistance, giving a fitness ...
