In this paper, we introduce a new class of neutrosophic hypersoft open sets, termed neutrosophic hypersoft -open sets, which are defined as the union of neutrosophic hypersoft d-pre-open sets and neutrosophic hypersoft -semi-open sets within the framework of neutrosophic hypersoft topological spaces.
