Hyperspectrometer for the 900–1700 nm near-infrared region
Journal of Optical Technology, 2017We describe a short-wavelength infrared (900–1700 nm) hyperspectrometer for a variety of pure and applied research applications involving the environment, remote Earth sensing, agricultural/forest monitoring, etc. This spectrometer can be used in the laboratory, in ground-based applications, and from aircraft.

Hyperspectrometer based on curved prism fabrication for space application
Optical Fabrication, Testing, and Metrology VI, 2018High resolution and large relative aperture have been urgent demands for the development of spectrometer. A design method of freeform was presented based on offner structure, The design of large relative aperture was realized by multi variables of freeform surface, the energy of system was doubled.

Diffraction axicon as the dispersive element for imaging hyperspectrometer
SPIE Proceedings, 2016In this paper, a modeling of the hyperspectrometer using a diffraction axicon as a dispersive element was carried out. It was also proved that a point spread function of such optical system remains almost unchanged on the image pattern, when the width is comparable to the PSF of the hyperspectrometer based on conventional diffraction grating.

Method for Calculating the Instrument Function of a Medical Hyperspectrometer
Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Series Instrument Engineering, 2022Hyperspectral imaging technology offers great opportunities in noninvasive disease diagnostics and scientific research. Medical hyperspectrometer operation is based on the light ability to be reflected from biological tissue and depends on how strongly the tissue absorbs/reflects the light.

Experimental study of optical characteristics of a satellite-based Offner hyperspectrometer
Optical Technologies in Telecommunications 2017, 2018A hyperspectrometer based on the Offner scheme was investigated. Spectral characteristics were studied and calibrated using a standard spectrometer. As a result of estimating the deviations of the spectra of the imaging hyperspectrometer and the reference spectrometer, calibration coefficients were obtained. The reflectance spectra of beets, onions and

The method of selecting the most informative spectral channels when using an acousto-optic hyperspectrometer in the mode of selective spectral registration is presented. The developed technique makes it possible to select spectral channels in which the maximum contrast of objects is observed against a certain background, provided that their ...

23rd International Symposium on Atmospheric and Ocean Optics: Atmospheric Physics, 2017
The sensitivity of satellite thermal infrared hyperspectrometer readings to variations of the atmospheric gas constituent amounts is considered. It is shown that the differential sensitivity coefficients of the instrument channels to variations in the density of the gas of interest is expressed through the mass absorption coefficient of this gas and an

A line of aviation hyperspectrometers in the UV, visible, and near-IR ranges
Journal of Optical Technology, 2016This paper briefly describes a line of hyperspectral sensors fabricated by ZAO Reagent Scientific Manufacturing Center. These devices are comparable to other countries’ products in their main characteristics (spatial and spectral resolution—0.3 m from an altitude of 1 km and 0.2 nm in the blue–green region, respectively—up to 500 spectral channels, and

Simulation of spectral filters used in hyperspectrometer by decomposition on vector Bessel modes
SPIE Proceedings, 2015The article is devoted to hyperspectrometer modeling based on the use of filters with linearly varying parameters. The point spread function depending on the spectral filter parameters is estimated. The results were obtained by decomposition of the incident radiation on vector Bessel modes.
