Hyperstability and Superstability [PDF]
Summary: This is a survey paper concerning the notions of hyperstability and superstability, which are connected to the issue of Ulam's type stability. We present the recent results on those subjects.

Enhanced Vigilance Stability during Daytime in Insomnia Disorder [PDF]
Central nervous hyperarousal is as a key component of current pathophysiological concepts of chronic insomnia disorder. However, there are still open questions regarding its exact nature and the mechanisms linking hyperarousal to sleep disturbance. Here,

Hyperstability of the Drygas Functional Equation [PDF]
We use the fixed point theorem for functional spaces to obtain the hyperstability result for the Drygas functional equation on a restricted domain. Namely, we show that a function satisfying the Drygas equation approximately must be exactly the solution ...

Hyperstable alkenes: are they remarkably unreactive? [PDF]
Maier and Schleyer first identified in silico that certain cage bicyclic olefins (alkenes) as “hyperstable”, and predicted them to be “remarkably unreactive”. However, this only applies to hydrogenation, as they were observed to undergo oxidation.

HYPERSTABILITY OF THE GENERAL LINEAR FUNCTIONAL EQUATION
For two normed spaces \(X,Y\), \(f: X\to Y\) and given scalars \(a,b,A,B\), by the general linear functional equation the author means \[ f(ax+by)=Af(x)+Bf(y),\qquad x,y\in X.\tag{1} \] Its approximate solutions are defined by \[ \|f(ax+by)-Af(x)-Bf(y)\|\leq\varphi(x,y),\qquad x,y\in X\tag{2} \] with some control mapping \(\varphi\).

Some hyperstability and stability results for the Cauchy and Jensen equations
In this paper we give some hyperstability and stability results for the Cauchy and Jensen functional equations on restricted domains. We provide a simple and short proof for Brzdȩk’s result concerning a hyperstability result for the Cauchy equation.

Representation and Stability of General Nonic Functional Equation
In this paper, we introduce a way of representing a given mapping as the sum of odd and even mappings. Then, using this representation, we investigate the stability of various forms of the following general nonic functional equation: ∑i=01010Ci(−1)10−if ...
